*Any of our group party offerings listed below may be booked separately and do not need to be booked along with an Exclusive Spa Package.
Making a Group Reservation
Each person in your group will need to individually complete a digital intake form and sign our waiver. Start by clicking the “Create an Account” button below (or on our homepage). Once everyone in your party has finished that first step, please call us at 360-393-8829 and we will be happy to assist you in booking your reservation. Please note, due to our scheduling software’s limitations, we’re unable to book reservations until each person is in our system (they will need to be the ones to do so so they can sign their waiver). If you’re booking a reservation as a surprise or booking for a minor, please call first.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for group and party reservations. Should you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, a 100% credit will be applied to your Flow Motion account when giving at least 7 days notice. A 50% credit will be given if cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48-hours notice given, but less than 7 days. No credit will be issued with less than 48 hours notice given of cancellation for any reason. The reservation will not be able to be rescheduled and a credit will not be issued with less than 48 hours notice given.
If someone in your party is unable to make it for any reason, someone else is more than welcome to join you in their place! If you’re unable to find someone to take their place, please refer to the above cancellation policy.
We regret that refunds or partial refunds are not issued under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Sips & Snacks
Our Parlor offers plenty of space to dine and sip tea during your reserved time at the spa with your group. While we don’t offer meal service, we have partnered with a local company to cater some choices for you, like personal-size charcuterie boards (vegan and vegetarian options are available), a full-sized charcuterie board for your group, and a variety of salads.
*Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please pre-order at least three days before your visit so we have time to communicate, prepare, and pick-up your order. We often are unable to accommodate same day orders. Please see menu on the dining page.
