Before we’re able to book your reservation over the phone, you’ll need to create an account and sign our waiver if this is your first time visiting us. Start by clicking the “Create an Account” button right above this text. Once you’ve signed your waiver, you can stop right there and give us a call at 360-393-8829 to book. Been here before? Then you’re all set! Just give us a call and we will be happy to assist you in reserving your visit.
Booking for more than one person?
Each person that will be visiting with us will need to create an account and sign our waiver. Just have them follow the same instructions above to create their account. Once every person in your party has finished that first step, then please call us at 360-393-8829 and we will be happy to assist you in reserving your spot. Please note, we’re unable to book reservations until each person is in our system (they will need to be the ones to do so so they can sign a waiver). Booking a reservation as a surprise or booking for a minor? Call us first! We can help.
Booking and cancellation policy
Give us a call at 360-393-8829 to book your reservation after following the step above. A credit card on file is required to hold your reservation. Please note, should you need to reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time for any reason, your card will be charged in full for 100% of the reservation’s total service charges.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations with five or more services or when booking a special. Should you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, a 100% credit will be applied to your Flow Motion account when giving at least 7 days notice. A 50% credit will be given if cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48-hours notice given, but less than 7 days. No credit will be issued with less than 48 hours notice given of cancellation. The reservation will not be able to be rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice given.
We regret that refunds or partial refunds are not issued under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Ready to unwind, release, breathe, and stretch? Join us for yoga in one of our beautiful yoga sanctuary spaces for some inner zen. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, we can help find a class that is right for you. We offer traditional classes, infrared heated classes, and aerial yoga. CommuniTEA opens 30-minutes before each class. Come see for yourself why a yoga class is more of an experience at Flow Motion.
